The City of Santa Clarita is encouraging residents to attend a community meeting to provide input on the new Canyon Country Community Center site by attending a public workshop on Thursday, April 28, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Canyon Country Jo Anne Darcy Library.

Following the successful community engagement process for the proposed Canyon Country Community Center and input received at public meetings held in May and July of 2015, a community consensus plan was developed.

Residents interested in learning more about the City’s progress on the planning of the proposed 6.5-acre site for the new Canyon Country Community Center are invited to attend. At this meeting, City staff will share the updated concept plan and take final comments and input from the community.

To view project information for the new Canyon Country Community Center, visit SantaClarita2020.com or contact Tom Reilly, Santa Clarita Park Development Administrator, at (661) 286-4129 or treilly@santa-clarita.com.
