On Wednesday, January 27, the City of Santa Clarita invited local artists to attend the New Heights: Artist Development Series’ Taxes and the Artist workshop held in the Century Room at City Hall.

The Taxes and the Artist workshop provided artists with the nuts and bolts of how to properly navigate through the tax system.  The session was led by Abe Carnow, CPA, who focused on both tax compliance, the filing of tax forms and tax controversy, involving audit and collection matters.
