Grab a towel and take a ride this weekend on the Santa Clarita Transit Beach Bus for a day at one of the most popular beach destinations in Los Angeles.
Now through September 2, Santa Clarita Transit will offer direct services to Santa Monica Beach, departing Santa Clarita beginning at 8:40 a.m., with return trips from Santa Monica at 3:30 p.m. Click here for more information about departure locations in Santa Clarita.
Tickets for the summer beach bus are available for $3 each way for children and adults, and $1.50 each way for seniors (60 years and older) and individuals with disabilities. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis, and must be purchased with exact change or by using a Transit Access Pass (TAP).
For large group accommodations, patrons must call at least five business days in advance, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
