In celebration of its one year anniversary, the Santa Clarita Public Library is hosting FREE festivities all week long for community members. Beginning today through Friday, July 13, each of the 3 branches from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. will be having the same special “birthday activities” that residents can be a part of:
- Today, July 9 - Help us create the largest (paper) birthday cake and candle activity.
- Tuesday, July 10 – Special performers or storytellers!
- Wednesday, July 11 - An old fashioned cake walk, library style! Free books to the winners!
- Thursday, July 12 - No party is complete without a party hat. Make yours on this day!
- Friday, July 13 - It’s time for Birthday Bingo! Special prizes for the winners.
- Saturday Special Time - 2 pm – 4 pm: Join us for free birthday cake and lemonade!
