Cpt. Paul Becker spoke to local dignitaries about the importance of the SCV Sheriff Station.
Earlier this afternoon, the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station held a 40th Anniversary ceremony and a rededication of the Memorial Garden.
Mayor Frank Ferry and the Santa Clarita City Council were at the ceremony to thank all of the local sheriffs for their dedication to Santa Clarita.
The Memorial Garden is a tribute to all of the fallen sheriffs in Santa Clarita.
