City Delegation Meets With Washington Officials

Santa Clarita City Intergovernmental Officer Michael Murphy, City Mangager Ken Pulskamp, Councilmember Bob Kellar and Mayor Frank Ferry are in Washington D.C. this week. They are meeting with members of  the new administration on several issues facing Santa Clarita.

City officials are hoping to discuss whether or not there are federal funding opportunities to assist with the City’s 21 Point Business Plan for Progress, Whittaker/Bermite clean up, federal appropriations requests, as well as any stimulus money coming to the community. They will be returning on Friday.
