Mayor Bob Kellar was sworn in by the City Clerk, Kevin Tonoian, at last nights City Council meeting.
Mayor Kellar was joined by his wife Kathy for the ceremony.
Outgoing Mayor Marsha McLean was presented with a memento for her service as Mayor in 2015 by City Manager Ken Striplin.
The Valencia High School Chamber Choir performed for the City Council.
