
On Saturday, November 14, the Santa Clarita Public Library hosted the 9th Annual Family Literacy Festival at the Old Town Newhall Library.

An estimated 2,000 people attended the ‘Full STEAM (Science Technology Engineering, Art and Math) Ahead’ themed festival.

The festival offered community members an opportunity to explore different forms of literacy through fun activities.

Mayor Pro Tem Bob Kellar along with some guests were entertained by storytellers at the event.
