On Friday, November 13, 86 residents participated in the “Care for Your Heart” Health Fair at the Canyon Country Community Center.
The health fair offered free health screenings, including cholesterol and glucose tests, blood pressure checks, body fat/BMI analysis, and pulse oximetry and carbon monoxide monitoring.
Participants also obtained tips on healthy eating and fitness exercises.
The next event is scheduled for February 12, 2016, at the Newhall Community Center.
