From Sunday night, November 15 to Friday morning, November 20, and from Sunday night, November 22 to Wednesday morning, November 25, State Route 14 and the Golden Valley Road Bridge at State Route 14 will be subject to night closures to accommodate the Golden Valley Road Bridge widening project.
During the construction, the northbound State Route 14 will be closed from midnight to 6 a.m. and the southbound State Route 14 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. from November 15 to November 20, and November 22 to November 25. Both directions of the State Route 14 will never be closed at the same time. Golden Valley Road Bridge will also be subject to night closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on these dates as well.
State Route 14 traffic will be detoured utilizing respective State Route 14 off-ramps and on-ramps in each direction. In addition, signs will be posted along Golden Valley Road Bridge advertising the closure. Motorists who travel during the early hours through this area are advised to plan on slightly heavier traffic.
