The City of Santa Clarita, the Santa Clarita Public Library and the Friends of the Santa Clarita Public Library will join to host the FREE 9th Annual Family Literacy Festival on Saturday, November 14. The event will showcase stories, theatrical productions, songs, dance and crafts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Old Town Newhall Library, located at 24500 Main Street.
The Family Literacy Festival brings together a multitude of students, teachers, artists, future educators and education enthusiasts representing elementary, secondary and college districts in Santa Clarita, to partner on interactive stations in the theme of “Full STEAM (Science Technology Engineering, Art and Math) Ahead.”
