Come out and show your athletic skills by throwing a football through a tire, enjoy watching past football bloopers, or grab a photo with the Bud Girls. The Vu Bar and Lounge will host a Flip Cup Tournament and there will be a photo drawing for a $50 gift card.

The 1st Annual Cultural Landscape “Art on Canvas” contest gallery was held on Main Street in Old Town Newhall last night in conjuction with the First Thursdays Art Walk.
Twenty pieces of artwork from three age categories ranging from kindergarten to high school were displayed for the community to view. Spectators had the opportunity to pick the Peoples Choice award for thier favorite masterpeice.
The Peoples Choice winner for the Kindergarden through 4th grade category was Madeline Sanchez, who is seen above getting her award from Art Commissioner Susan Shupiro.
The winner for the Peoples Choice award for the 5th through 8th grade category was Cassidy Oliver.
The Peoples Choice winner for the highschool category was Michelle Shin.
