On Wednesday, September 25, the City hosted an artist reception for the newest art exhibit on the community wall at the Westfield Valencia Town Center. The new exhibit entitled Community Garden: A Day in the Life features photographs of the Santa Clarita Community Garden taken by members of the Santa Clarita Valley Photographers Association.
The exhibit, which will be on display through January 13, 2014, highlights the garden, provides some history of the endeavor, and includes two poems written by members of the Community Garden.
