The City of Santa Clarita and its partners held the Heroin Kills: One Year Later event at the Santa Clarita Activities Center yesterday, August 29, to update residents on the continuing problem of heroin and other drugs in Santa Clarita. The standing-room-only crowd was estimated to have over 400 attendees.
A resource fair highlighted local non-profits and organizations with information about getting help with drug and alcohol addiction in Santa Clarita.
