Yesterday, Mayor Frank Ferry was at City Hall taping a welcome message for all of the new residents who will be joining the City of Santa Clarita through annexation in the next few months.
The message will be displayed on a new website, set to debute in July, dedicated to welcoming new residents and providing information on City services.
