The 2012 City of Santa Clarita Earth Arbor Day Celebration, presented by the SCV Family of Water Suppliers, will take place Saturday, April 14, admist a backdrop of good weather. According to weather services, storm clouds will move out over night paving the way a perfect day of music, activities and giveaways at the festival.
Here is the 2012 Earth Arbor Day Festival at a glance:
- Location: Central Park
- Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- Food: There will be food available on-site for purchase.
- Six interactive zones will be at the festival: Click here for zones.
- Misc: Event is free and open to the public. Giveaways include free mulch, fruit trees and lady bugs (while supplies last). Tree plantings and a Tree City USA acknowledgment will also be part of the festivities.
