The City of Santa Clarita is inviting residents to a special kick off meeting for the new Friends of the Santa Clarita Public Library.  The kick off meeting is slated for the City’s 24^th birthday, Thursday, December 15, at 7 p.m. at the Valencia Library.

The now-forming Friends of the Santa Clarita Public Library is open to all those interested in supporting our public library. The kick off meeting will include a special welcome from Mayor Pro Tem Laurie Ender, as well as a program overview of the Friends group. Refreshments will be served including a birthday cake to help celebrate the City’s birthday.
