Earlier in the week City staff at the Santa Clarita Aquatic Center was alerted to something unusual and called animal control for assistance.
A small owl was found stuck in a drainage area of the City’s 50 meter pool.
With the aid of the City’s Aquatic’s staff the bird was rescued unharmed, just a little wet.
The bird received a clean bill of health proving that at the City’s Aquatic Center sometimes - owls well that ends well…
