Mayor Frank Ferry, and City Manager Ken Pulskamp, presented a $375,000 check to the Santa Clarita Committee on Aging at the SCV Senior Center Wednesday. The check represents the City’s contribution to the SCV Committee on Aging for services provided in areas of recreation, wellness, transit, and more.

Members of the Committee on Aging and staff members for the SCV Senior Center were on hand to describe the valuable services the Center provides.

Mayor Ferry and City Manager Pulskamp were given a tour of the facilities which included a look at a new expansion project.

Part of the tour included dropping in on an exercise class.
