Santa Clarita Enterprise Zone Reaches “100th Business” Milestone

The City reached a milestone recently when local company “Technifex” joined 99 other local businesses in taking advantage of the hiring tax credit option of the Santa Clarita Enterprise Zone.  Businesses in several industries take advantage of the hiring tax credits, including Egg Plantation, Valencia Car Wash, DME Direct, Clare Macaulay DDS, Inc., Magic Plastics and more.  About 97% of businesses in the City of Santa Clarita are located within the Enterprise Zone and many stand to save tens of thousands of dollars through tax credits.

The City will be hosting the next Enterprise Zone workshop on June 24. Details are on the “EZ” website.
