Rubber Ducky Day? It’s Official.

In honor of the Rubber Ducky Regatta fund raiser and festivalsponsored by the Samuel Dixon Family Health Centers to be held October 18 at Castaic Lake, the Santa Clarita City Council declared September 9, 2008, Rubber Ducky Regatta Day. Pictured are the City Council members, Sam Dixon Board members and Greg Nutter as “the ducky.”
